Patrick Mahomes scored the 300th touchdown of his NFL career against the Cleveland Browns.
The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback is chasing a historic three-peat as he looks to underline his case to be the GOAT of the sport.

Mahomes entered Week 15 with 298 combined passing and rushing scores in 127 games, including the postseason.
And he brought up the triple century by first finding JuJu Smith-Schuster in the end zone with a seven-yard pass, before launching another to Noah Gray in the second quarter.
Aaron Rodgers held the previous record after hitting 300 TDs in 134 games – a record that looked like it would stand the test of time when he set it.
Hall of Famers Dan Marino (149) and Peyton Manning (152) join Russell Wilson (151) in the top five all-time.
Mahomes is also the fastest QB to 30,000 yards – a milestone he passed in October.
It took him just 103 games, six fewer than Matthew Stafford and 11 faster than Marino and Kurt Warner, who also has his bust in Canton.
Mahomes is destined for the Hall and it is just a case of how many records he can break in the meantime.
Tom Brady’s seven Super Bowl rings will be the one the 29-year-old really wants to eclipse.
And he is on course to make it five before he turns 30 despite Kansas City not firing on all cylinders this season.
ESPN polled 103 NFL players in August looking to see if the men who take the field rate Mahomes above Brady.

“No disrespect to Tom, but I’m taking Pat,” one NFC South player insisted. “Pat can do everything Tom can do, and he’s mobile.”
“Mahomes is on his way, but he’s not there yet,” another NFC South player told ESPN. “You can’t disrespect Tom Brady. He has seven rings. That’s a long way to go.”
Of the 103 players, only seven picked Mahomes as the GOAT.
Brady scooped a whopping 85 votes, with several quarterbacks sharing the other nine.
NFL icon Warner thinks that Mahomes’ best is ahead of him which could see him take Brady’s crown.
“When you look at Patrick Mahomes, you look at the way that he’s played since he became a starter,” Warner, an NFL Network analyst and Super Bowl winner with the St. Louis Rams, exclusively told talkSPORT in September.

“Because when you look at Tom Brady’s career, Tom Brady wasn’t Tom Brady as we know him until four or five years into his career, where he just kind of started to take off and become the GOAT.
“Patrick Mahomes has already had tremendous success playing the position at such a young age.”
As for Mahomes, he is only too aware there is one Brady achievement he will never match.
“It’s always going to be tough because Brady beat me in the Super Bowl,” Mahomes said after losing to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2020.
