The Golden State Warriors are most likely, currently busy watching the new guard of the NBA take center stage with the Timberwolves and Mavericks on full display in the Western Conference Finals. The Warriors’ Stephen Curry is far from a forgotten man, though, as he was recently given an All-NBA nod that had coach Steve Kerr sharing a beautiful message with the NBA World.
The message came during a time when Draymond Green revealed his anger-tinged feelings on Stephen A. Smith. Green also got serious about a ‘GOAT’ snub that affected Lakers legend Kobe Bryant.
On Wednesday, Warriors Coach Steve Kerr’s message was finally revealed.
Kerr’s Thoughts on Latest Curry Accolade
Kerr has been around the block as a four-time Larry O’Brien Trophy winning coach and his acumen was on full display on Wednesday as he shared his thoughts on his pupil Stephen Curry winning
“It’s amazing, 10 times now Steph’s been an All-NBA player. Just the brilliance for an entire decade is so rare… It’s just a testament to his work ethic.”

The Warriors finished with a 46-36 record last season but were unable to advance beyond the Play-In Tournament stage. Curry’s Splash Brothers running mate Klay Thompson had a goose egg with zero points in 32 minutes against the Sacramento Kings, while Curry and Kerr watched the Dubs get eliminated.
The 36-year-old Akron, Ohio native Curry had 26.4 points in 32.7 minutes along with 5.1 assists. He shot nearly 41 percent from three-point range and 45 percent overall from the field as he was named to the Kia All-NBA Third Team.

Anthony Edwards, the playoffs’ breakout star, made the Second Team along with a host of familiar stars including Jalen Brunson, Anthony Davis, Kawhi Leonard, and Kevin Durant. The Warriors’ Thompson, Draymond Green and others did not come close to making the teams.
Perhaps in the future, another Warriors player like Jonathan Kuminga will make a run at it. For now, Warriors fans and coaches are content with seeing Curry get his flowers.
