Tom Brady may not necessarily be hurting for cash these days, especially after signing a 10-year, $375 million contract with FOX.
But the Patriots legend did clear out some of his inventory this week, auctioning off plenty of game-worn gear from the gridiron, a million-dollar watch, and yes, most important of all — his “DunKings” tracksuit from Dunkin’s 2024 Super Bowl ad with Ben Affleck and Matt Damon.
Brady’s collection of valuables — dubbed “The GOAT Collection: Watches & Treasures from Tom Brady” — was auctioned off by Sotheby’s and officially closed on Dec. 10.
In total, Brady secured over $9 million from the sale.
Some of Brady’s football gear auctioned off included the helmet from his final Patriots season in 2019 (sold for $102,000), as well as his wristband from Super Bowl LI against the Falcons ($204,000).
The most valuable piece of football gear that Brady sold was a game-worn jersey from his final game at Michigan — the 2000 Orange Bowl — which went for $792,000.
Brady also sold 21 luxury-brand watches ranging from Rolex, IWC, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, and more.
The most valuable watch sold was a “rare variant” of a Rolex “Paul Newman” Daytona watch — which Brady wore at his return to Gillette Stadium during New England’s 2023 season opener against the Eagles. It sold for $1.14 million.
And yes, Brady’s “DunKings” tracksuit sold for $50,400.
