There might be a sneaky way for Bill Belichick and Tom Brady to reunite in the NFL

Now that Bill Belichick and Tom Brady have departed the NFL (at least, for now), there hasn’t been a lot of talk about them reuniting in some capacity. They have continued their careers by going into broadcasting, with the former quarterback joining FOX Sports as a color commentator and the head coach working with various networks on several shows and podcasts.

There’s certainly a possibility that they will cross paths at some point in their new endeavors, especially since Belichick doesn’t seem to be tied to just one network, which would be an exciting development for longtime Patriots fans still upset about their split in 2020.

But there might be another way for the iconic duo to reunite in a way that we got to know them the best over the past several decades in the NFL.



Because Brady has become a minority owner of the Las Vegas Raiders, there has been some talk about the team potentially looking for a new head coach in 2025. Although Antonio Pierce is in the first year of that role, the Raiders aren’t performing at a high level, resulting in a 2-6 record heading into Week 9.

If they decide to move on from him after one season, it wouldn’t be shocking if they give Belichick a call to replace him.

It has long been rumored that the 8-time Super Bowl-winning coach might want to get back to an NFL sideline next season, as he is expected to have many more options than this past offseason. The Raiders could be one of them, and now that Brady is a part owner, this would be their opportunity to reunite once and for all.



Having an in with an owner would surely be a selling point for Belichick, who operated as the Patriots head coach and general manager for nearly 24 years in New England. He could potentially have that again in Las Vegas, if he’s interested.

It will be an interesting story to watch during the 2025 offseason, especially as more head coaching jobs will open up around the league, which Belichick has already been connected to.
