36-year-old Stephen Curry will be entering his 16th NBA season.
Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry has been one of the icons of the NBA alongside LeBron James. The star guard has delivered many memorable performances for the Warriors over the decade, which is one of the reasons he was voted as the most clutch player by NBA GMs recently.
While Warriors fans want to see Curry drop his bulls-eye three-pointers for another decade, the four-time NBA champion is aware that he hasn’t got many years left in the NBA.
The 36-year-old, who will be entering his 16th NBA season, gave his fans a deadly reminder that his iconic career will eventually come to an end in a few years.
While talking to reporters after the Warriors’ win over the Sacramento Kings in preseason game, Curry said that he wants to chase for another title with his teammates and enjoy as “the ball is going to stop bouncing at some point.”
The ten-time NBA All-Star revealed that he missed playing basketball in the offseason and just can’t wait to go back on court and have fun.
The statement from Curry sparked a wave of emotional responses from his fans. Check out few of the reactions.
