Belichick opened up about his experience facing Montana and Rice in the 49ers, highlighting their formidable synergy on the football field. On that note, he added that the Cowboys’ Lamb and Prescott resemble a similar synergy and have the potential to be great in the league.
I sit back and think about a lot of Tuesdays that I had trying to stop [Joe] Montana and [Jerry] Rice. Those were the two guys in San Francisco, [CeeDee] Lamb and [Dak] Prescott– those were the two guys I was talking about with the Cowboys.
